How many customers do you have in my industry?

The majority of our customers are medium to large, complex organisations in the healthcare, hospitality, retail, export, utilities and business services areas, but we have clients representing every industry.

When should I upgrade HRIS systems?

  • When HR is bogged down in trivial administration
  • When your HR team spends 60 to 70 per cent of its time on employee questions
  • When you want your HR professionals to concentrate on strategic work
  • When you want employees to take charge of their own HR management
  • When employee productivity is a major concern
  • When your enterprise lacks a competitive advantage
  • When your company is struggling to recruit and retain employees
  • When HR administration is not considered a core competency, but should be
  • When you want to transform HR and take leadership
  • When HR seeks a leadership role in knowledge management
  • When your company is extremely cost-conscious
  • When you want to replace legacy systems with new millennium technology

Does the system allow for growth and change within my organisation?

Yes, it is flexible and caters to your needs at any given time. You can scale up your solution as your requirements evolve.

Have you integrated with my finance/ERP/back-of-house/other systems?

Amongst others, PayGlobal has been integrated with Microsoft Great Plains, Navision, Axapter, JDE, SAP, MYOB Accounting, SharePoint, Oracle, Sage Technology One, Pronto, Hanson, and Maximo. And with Exolvo Integration Services, we have made it easier for you to integrate.

What should I do if I believe our company needs a new HR system?

If you are not a decision-maker, a good place to start would be to find out top management’s stance on the question of “Do we need to upgrade our HR and/or payroll software?” If they agree that your payroll/HR system needs upgrading, you’re in a good position. If you don’t have buy-in, the process of software selection, for you, becomes primarily a process of “management convincing”. You have to put together the right information and the right suggestions to convince top management to support your belief that a new system is vital. Once you have started your internal campaign, we can help you with your case. As part of the sales process, PayGlobal provides a cost/benefit analysis including a report on cost savings, efficiencies, and assessment of the applicability of different modules to your business.

Do you have a standard, repeatable, tested implementation process?

Yes and we constantly strive to improve and keep abreast of best practice.

How long will the implementation process take from start to finish?

Our average customer implementation takes 12 weeks from sign-off to handover.

How many employees can the Exolvo system handle?

Unlimited. Currently our two largest customers are 35,000 (Australian client using our software in-house) and 19,000 (NZ client using our hosted service).

What does PayGlobal provide that sets it apart from its competitors?

Exolvo software is workflow enabled, it includes an industry leading Award Interpreter, it is an integrated solution which is configurable to your business requirements, and its business intelligence cubes and data warehouse are unique.

How much does Exolvo cost?

The cost of the software depends on a number of variables including number of employees, number of databases preferred, number of modules purchased and deployment (in-house, bureau or hosted). The initial implementation also varies from business to business depending on what system you are moving off, how many awards and employment agreements you have, and what information you want to capture. After year one, the licence cost is a percentage of the module costs. Your Business Development Manager will give you a good estimate after your initial meetings.

What is needed in terms of an implementation team?

PayGlobal always assigns the consultant/s most experienced in implementing your type of project and they are always committed to doing the best job. Ultimately, the quickest and most seamless implementations are always achieved by clients who have a team who have done similar work before, have spent time reviewing our documentation in detail, and have undertaken the preparatory work we recommend. It is also helpful if there is a person in your organisation who is committed to achieving an excellent result and takes ownership of the implementation alongside us.

What’s the average return on investment for a typical PayGlobal customer?

Most customers recoup their investment in PayGlobal systems within 18 months. This takes into account the implementation costs and the savings made through reducing costs in postage, personnel time, reduction in over payment and fines.

How many customers do you have in my location?

220+ in NZ, 200+ in Australia (in all states) and the rest in Fiji, Hong Kong, Japan, PNG and the UK. In countries where we are not legislatively compliant, companies choose to use our very flexible Time and Assessment module alone. We are legislative compliant in Australia, NZ, Fiji and the UK and can be used in any countries without payroll tax. In total we are implemented at over 850 sites.
